Ontario is helping Goodrich – a leading manufacturer of aircraft landing gear systems – develop new technologies and create 31 new jobs while retaining 37 highly-skilled positions at its Oakville plant.
With the government’s support, the company is investing in research and development to:
Ontario is providing a strong and stable environment for businesses to grow and create good jobs. These new jobs build upon the 124,800 net new full time jobs that have already been created in Ontario so far this year alone.
Partnering with business and supporting the aerospace sector are key components of the McGuinty government’s plan to create and support new and existing jobs for Ontario families and strengthen local economies.
