Minor amendments to Ontario Regulation 403/10 (Hogs - Plan) under the Farm Products Marketing Act (FPMA)
Oversights occurred in the drafting of regulation 403/10 (Hogs - Plan). Consequently, an amendment to change a year from 2010 to 2011 in a clause of the regulation and an amendment to add two geographic areas to a district within Ontario were needed.
