The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care has made changes to Regulation 552, the Schedule of Benefits- Physician Services, the Schedule of Benefits- Dental Services and provisions under the regulation related to out-of-country and out-of-province services (OOC/OOP).

The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is amending regulations under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) in order to implement fee changes for vehicle products and services.

Cost Recovery for the Environmental Activity and Sector Registry  (source: Environmental Registry)

The Ministry of the Environment has implemented an Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR) as part of a client-centered approach to service delivery for its new environmental approvals program. It allows businesses to register prescribed activities in the EASR. Effective October 28, 2012, the Ministry will be introducing a $1,190 registration charge to register an activity in the EASR.

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) is proposing to amend the Local Improvement Charges regulations under the Municipal Act, 2001 (O.Reg. 586/06) and the City of Toronto Act, 2006 (O.Reg. 596/06).

To revoke the provisions which provide pharmacists with the independent authority to refill a prescription under specific circumstances. With the proclamation of a new scope of practice regulation under the Pharmacy Act, the current provisions would no longer be required.
