Approved Regulatory Proposals
The Ministry of the Environment is providing a notice of amendments to the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Reporting Guideline (as set out under O. Reg. 452/09). The amendments provide administrative or technical clarifications to the guideline that if implemented would not have a significant effect on the environment. In accordance with the Environmental Bill of Rights, the Ministry is giving notice to the public of the changes through the Environmental Registry.
