Proposed amendments to Ontario Regulation 484/09 (Grain (Grain Corn, Soybeans and Wheat) Plan) and Ontario Regulation 485/09 (Grain (Grain Corn, Soybeans and Wheat) - Licensing and Regulation) under the Farm Products Marketing Act.

Proposed amendments to Ontario Regulation 484/09 (Grain (Grain Corn, Soybeans and Wheat) Plan would make minor changes to the way Grain Farmers of Ontario (GFO) is constituted. Proposed amendments to Ontario Regulation 485/09 Grain (Grain Corn, Soybeans and Wheat) - Licensing and Regulation would remove the prescribed limits on GFO's operating reserve.

Additional Temporary Solvency Funding Relief for Employer Sponsors of Public Sector Single Employer Pension Plans (SEPPs)

Amend Regulation 178/11 under the Pension Benefits Act (PBA) to provide the employer sponsors of a pension plan that has a Stage Two valuation date on or before December 31, 2014 with additional solvency funding relief.

Regulations under the Municipal Elections Act, 1996

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing is proposing to amend O. Reg. 101/97 (General) and O. Reg. 500/09 (Voter Identification) under the Municipal Elections Act, 1996.

Proposed amendments to R.R.O. 1990 Regulation 434 (Tender Fruit - Plan) made under the Farm Products Marketing Act to change the district and producer committee structures of the Ontario Tender Fruit Producers' Marketing Board.

The proposed amendments to R.R.O. 1990 Regulation 434 (Tender Fruit - Plan) would: - divide one of the electoral districts (District 1) of the Ontario Tender Fruit Producers' Marketing Board ("the Board") into two separate districts; and, - amend the formula for determining the number of members on each District Tender Fruit Producer's Committee. The proposed changes have been requested by the board and have the support of producers.
