Amendments to Regulation 720 to permit the sale of fruit wine and cider at farmers' markets and to permit wineries selling at farmers' markets to leave from their winery, sell at a market and return to their winery within a twenty four hour period.
Amendments to Regulation 719 to permit eligible manufacturers to apply to the AGCO for a Tied House Liquor Sales Licence at each of the manufacturer's production sites.
