Ontario Regulation 316/03
The regulation provides a regulatory framework for the operation of off-road vehicles on provincial highways and lists highways under provincial jurisdiction where operation of off-road vehicles is prohibited (Schedule A) and permitted (Schedules B and C).
Highway Traffic Act - HOV Regulatory Amendments
The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is intending to make amendments to the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) Ontario Regulation 620/05 - High Occupancy Vehicle Lanes (HOV) for the purpose to allow single-occupant taxicabs, airport limousines and eligible electric vehicles on provincial HOV lanes.

The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is soliciting public comment to inform the development of a pilot project to convert the current High-Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes on the QEW between Trafalgar Road in Oakville to Guelph Line in Burlington, to High-Occupancy Toll lanes.
