O. Reg. 452/18 was made under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 (CCEYA). This regulation amended O. Reg. 137/15 (General) in order to update terminology to ensure that it aligned with the Police Record Checks Reform Act, 2015. As per subsection 84 (6) of the CCEYA, the Minister of Education made a decision that public consultation was not necessary before this regulation was made, given its strictly technical, non-substantive nature.
Effective Date:  November 1, 2018

The remaining regulations under the CCMLEA have been revoked as a result of the repeal of this Act.

The Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission is proposing to make amendments to Regulation 428 (Seed Corn - Plan) related to the composition and election of the local board. These amendments include the amalgamation of Districts 1 and 2, an increase in the board member term of office from two to three years and the introduction of a consecutive term limit of four terms followed by one year of ineligibility for board election.
