O. Reg. 421/12 has been amended to extend, for one year, the membership fee exemption for individuals who held a Barber Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) under previous apprenticeship and skilled trades legislation. The exemption will now expire on April 8, 2020.
The amending regulation was filed as O. Reg. 68/19.

We are consulting on proposed amendments to Ontario's greenhouse gas emissions reporting program to refine or remove the collection of unnecessary data. The proposed amendments for the Greenhouse Gas Emissions: Quantification, Reporting and Verification regulation will reduce unnecessary reporting costs while ensuring data needed to support the Emissions Performance Standards program proposed in Ontario's Environment Plan is collected.
