Amendments to R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 418 (Greenhouse Vegetables - Plan) under the Farm Products Marketing Act.

In support of a request made by the Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers (OGVG), the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission is proposing amendments to Regulation 418 (Greenhouse Vegetables - Plan) related to realignment of greenhouse vegetable growing districts, the designation of non-individual producers who are eligible to vote or hold office, and the restriction of individuals who have contravened specified legislation from being elected to the board.

Potential Amendments to the Ontario Regulation 79/10 made under the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 if Bill 66, Restoring Ontario's Competitiveness Act, 2018, passes

The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care is considering amendments to Ontario Regulation 79/10 (General) under the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007, and changes to associated ministry practices, as they pertain to public consultations, temporary emergency licences and short-term authorizations.

Proposed Regulation for the establishment of requirements and standards with respect to secondary residential units: Parking requirements for second residential units; Occupancy requirements for the primary unit or second residential unit; and Authorizing second residential units in all dwellings regardless of date of construction  (source: Environmental Registry)

It is proposed that a regulation under s. 35.1(2)(b) of the Planning Act could, if made, set out requirements and standards with respect to second residential units referred to in s. 16 (3) of the Planning Act as follows:
