Amend Ontario Regulation 664/98 under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997 to temporarily suspend commercial fish royalty payments charged to licensed commercial fishers for fish landed in the calendar year 2020.

These regulations extend the "temporary suspension period" during which temporary legislative amendments under the Business Corporations Act, Corporations Act, Co-operative Corporations Act and Condominium Act, 1998 to enable corporations to call and hold virtual meetings, notwithstanding any restrictions are effective until May 31, 2021.

The Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2020 (TRESA, 2020) received Royal Assent on March 4, 2020. TRESA, 2020 amends the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002, the legislation that governs real estate brokerages, brokers and salespersons (registrants).
The government is now beginning the process of consulting on the first phase of regulations required to bring these legislative changes into force.

We are proposing to repeal the following three spent regulations made to dissolve Local Services Boards (LSBs):
1. O. Reg 109/16 Order for Dissolution - Local Services Board of Missanabie

The ministry is proposing amendments to regulations under the Agricultural Products Insurance Act, 1996 (APIA) to improve the client experience, reduce paperwork burden and improve fairness of the appeals process for the 14,000 AgriInsurance customers. Specifically, amendments are being proposed that, if approved, would enable AgriCorp to reduce the amount of paperwork farmers must review or complete, and ensure that farmers enrolled in the program have adequate time to prepare and file appeals.

The Ministry of Health is proceeding with posting a notice of a proposed regulation under PHIPA for public consultation in the period May 26 to July 10, 2020. The proposed amendments to O. Reg. 329/04 (General) under PHIPA (the PHIPA Regulation) fall under two categories and would allow amendments to existing regulation and create the regulatory provisions to enable PHIPA Part V.1 to be proclaimed in force.
