The government is proposing a regulatory amendment to Highway Traffic Act, O. Reg. 615, Signs to improve traffic control and enforceability of speeding infractions on municipal roads. The proposed amendments address a request by municipalities to include new signs in regulation to enable the enforcement of speeding offences in school zones with a reduced speed limit.
