Past Proposals
The Retirement Homes Act, 2010 requires the Minister to undertake a review of the Act within five years, and present a report of the findings to the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. The Ontario Seniors' Secretariat is undertaking the required review. A consultation guide has been posted on the Ontario Seniors' Secretariat's website to solicit feedback and focus discussions. The government welcomes your input.
