Regulatory proposals related to the Condominium Act, 1998 and the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015 that support the implementation of an administrative authority under each act and other matters relating to implementation.

Regulatory amendments to O. Reg. 314/15 (Ontario Electricity Support Program) made under the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, that would support the implementation of Ontario's Fair Hydro Plan.

The Ministry of Energy's proposed amendments would, if approved, take steps toward increasing the existing Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP) credits by 50%, and expand eligibility to some consumers who are not currently eligible for the program.

Expansion of the Industrial Conservation Initiative (ICI)

The Ministry of Energy is proposing to amend Ontario Regulation 429/04 (Adjustments Under Section 25.33 of the Act) made under the Electricity Act, 1998 ("O. Reg. 429/04") in order to expand eligibility under the Industrial Conservation Initiative (ICI) to include electricity consumers and market participants with an average monthly peak demand greater than 500 kilowatts (kW) and less than 1 megawatt (MW).
