Summary of Proposal:
Tarion is moving to improve its services by making materials available to homeowners online. In the recent past, the HIP was provided in paper form to homeowners. Delivery of paper HIPs is expensive and sometimes resulted in outdated versions of the HIP being delivered to home buyers. A recent process change allowed the HIP to be provided via electronic means such as email with a PDF attached or a PDF stored on a USB stick. The next logical step is to allow delivery to home buyers via a link
