Summary of Proposal:
The proposed regulatory changes to Ontario Regulation 413/05 under the Highway Traffic Act are intended to address various housekeeping changes to; (1) the grandfathering privileges for semi-trailers and double trailers with 4 or more axles, (2) the spread limit for tandem drive trucks, (3) the inter-vehicle-unit distance for saddlemount combinations, and (4) a typographical correction.
