Take notice that on May 3, 2016, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 114/16.
The purpose of Ontario Regulation 114/16 is to protect public health and safety by ensuring the safe operation of air ambulance services provided in relation to St. Michael's Hospital and The Hospital for Sick Children.
Ontario Regulation 114/16 applies to certain lands in the City of Toronto, identified on Map Numbers 225 and 226 of the Zoning Order.
A copy of Ontario Regulation 114/16 and Map Nos. 225 and 226, may be found and inspected at the Toronto office of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing located at 777 Bay Street.
