Amendment to Insurance Act Regulation 34/10 (Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule - Effective September 1, 2010) to clarify the definition of "catastrophic impairment".
The amendment to Insurance Act Regulation 34/10 clarifies the definition of "catastrophic impairment" by:
- Amending Paragraph 2 of subsection 3.1 (1) Ontario Regulation 34/10 by striking out "that meets the following criteria" in the portion before subparagraph i and substituting "that meets one of the following criteria".
The amendment to Insurance Act Regulation 34/10 clarifies the definition of "catastrophic impairment" by:
