MAG has amended Regulation 258/98 (Rules of the Small Claims Court).
The amendment will clarify the effect of an administrative dismissal of a plaintiff's claim on defendant's claims (counterclaims, cross-claims, third party claims). It will deem a defendant's claim to be dismissed sixty days after service on the defendant of the order for dismissal of the plaintiff's claim, unless the court orders otherwise.
