A decision was made to file Regulation 59/10 with the Registrar of Regulations on March 8, 2010 to amend Regulation 287/07 – General to include the Kettle and Stony Point First Nation and the Six Nations of the Grand River drinking water systems in the applicable source protection planning process pursuant to the Clean Water Act, 2006.
