Summary of Proposal:
The Civil Rules Committee is established under the Courts of Justice Act to make rules of court, subject to the approval of the Attorney General. The following amendment was made by the Civil Rules Committee, approved by the Attorney General and filed with the Registrar of Regulations: O. Reg. 453/09 made housekeeping amendments to subrules 31.06 (3) and 34.10 (4) of the Rules of Civil Procedure to clarify provisions relating to examinations out of court, consistent with previous amendments to the Rules of Civil Procedure implementing the recommendations of the Civil Justice Reform Project Report.
