Summary of Proposal:
The Regulation authorizes the Minister of Government Services, or his delegate, to disclose business information maintained in the Business Directory to other Ministries and government agencies that are members of the Business Directory.
The Business Directory utilizes a common business number in order to improve the sharing of other business information between the Government of Canada, the Minister of Government Services and other Ontario ministries, in accordance with federal and provincial law.
To facilitate this, the following statutes are named to the Business Regulation Reform Act , 1994:
