Summary of Proposal:
Ontario Regulation 40/11 was implemented to regulate the composition and proceedings of the board of directors of the Water Technology Acceleration Project (WaterTAP), a corporation created under Part II of the Water Opportunities Act, 2010. WaterTAP was dissolved in 2019 by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council. Because the organization no longer exits, it is proposed that this regulation pertaining to its board of directors be revoked.
