O. Reg. 226/10 revokes O. Reg. 489/01 made under the Public Accountancy Act, which sets the fees that the Public Accountants Council charges for public accounting licenses. Since the Public Accounting Act, 2004 came into force on November 1, 2005, the Public Accountants Council no longer issues licences and thus no longer charges the fees prescribed in this old regulation.
