This regulation, O. Reg. 301/24, replaces all references to "CaseLines" throughout the Rules of Civil Procedure and the forms prescribed under the Rules with references to "Case Center". This change reflects the new name adopted for the platform. The changes came into force upon filing of the regulation. The revised Forms 37B (Confirmation of Motion) and 38B (Confirmation of Application) are available for download on the Ontario Court Forms website.
