-Establish regulation-making authority for Tarion to require new home purchasers to notify Tarion and provide information about their purchase agreement;
-Clarify Tarion's regulation-making authority for deposit protection processes and entitlements; and
-Make other housekeeping and technical amendments to the Warranties Act.
