Amendments establishing French versions have been approved to the following four existing regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA):
1. Reg.851 (Industrial Establishments) 2. O. Reg. 278/05 (Designated Substance – Asbestos on Construction Projects and in Buildings and Repair Operations)
3. Reg. 833 (Control of Exposure to Biological or Chemical Agents)
4. Reg. 855 (Oil and Gas – Offshore)
In some cases, amendments have also been made to the text of the English versions of the regulations as a result of the translation process. These amendments do not change the policy or intent of the parent regulations.
