O. Reg. 12/10 amends O. Reg. 85/96 to include:

Striking out 'March 31' and substituting with 'the fifth business day of March' in the portion before paragraph one of subsection 2(2).

Striking out 'the Ministry of Energy' and substituting with 'the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure' in paragraph 7 of subsection 2(2).

The addition of section 2.1, which describes the information that all designated employers subject to the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act must disclose about each employee, as well as a deadline for disclosure record submissions.
