Summary of Proposal:
The government amended the following four regulations to remove 47 form graphics and incorporate accessible forms by reference to the Ontario Central Forms Repository or Ontario Court Forms:

• Construction Lien Act, R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 175 (24 forms)
• Expropriations Act, R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 363 (12 forms)
• Statutory Powers Procedure Act, O. Reg. 116/95 (2 forms)
• Substitute Decisions Act, 1992, O. Reg. 26/95 (9 forms)

In addition to re-designing the form graphics in accessible formats, the following administrative and housekeeping changes have been made:

• Some form names were modified to better reflect the nature of the form;
• The term "formule" was replaced with "formulaire" in all French versions of the regulations to reflect Office of Legislative Counsel's standard policy;
• Some definitions in the forms were changed to mirror recent updates made to the parent legislation; and
• Terminology (e.g. court names) and dates (e.g. "19__" updated to "20__") were updated to reflect current standards.

The government also revoked Regulation 642 ("Search and Entry Warrants") under the Human Rights Code ("Code"). Regulation 642 contained two form graphics related to the investigation powers of the Ontario Human Rights Commission under the former subsections 33(7) and (8) of the Code. These sections were repealed when the Code was amended in 2006.

In addition, the government revoked Form 1 in Regulation 940 ("Garnishment") under the Proceedings Against the Crown Act. Form 1 is no longer used.
