O. Reg. 397/15 amends the description of the prescribed registry maintained by Cardiac Care Network (CCN) from 'cardiac services' to 'cardiac and vascular services' to reflect the expanded mandate of CCN registry.

O. Reg. 397/15 also revokes the prescribed registry status of the Canadian Stroke Network (CSN) as CSN decommissioned its services in 2014.
