Summary of Decision:
O. Reg. 421/12 was amended to accomplish the following:

1. 90-Day Period
Extend, for one year, the 90-day period for a new apprentice to become a member of the Ontario College of Trades ("the College"). The 90-day period extension will expire on April 8, 2017.

2. Barber Exemption
Extend, for one year, the College membership fee exemption for individuals who held a Barber Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) on March 26, 2013 under previous apprenticeship and trade legislation. The exemption will expire on April 8, 2017.
