Amendments to O. Reg. 167/07 (Hearings Before the Hearing and Appeal Panels) regarding the summary hearing process to include breaches of By-Law 8 (reporting and filing requirements) and a failure to report to insurer as matters that may be heard by a single member of the Hearing Panel. Convocation, the governing body of the Law Society of Upper Canada, approved the amendments on January 28, 2010.
