The Grants for Student Needs Regulation (GSN) is a collection of grants which determines the funding allocation for publicly-funded school boards (72 district school boards and 10 school authorities) in Ontario.

Amendments to the regulations are needed to reflect the Memoranda of Settlement (MOS) reached between various education sector unions and the Crown regarding the Protecting a Sustainable Public Sector for Future Generations Act, 2019 (Bill 124).
