Summary of Decision:
Sections of the Ontario College of Trades And Apprenticeship Act (OCTAA) were proclaimed into force. Proclamation includes repealing the Trades Qualification and Apprenticeship Act (TQAA) and the Apprenticeship and Certification Act, 1998 (ACA) and requires consequential amendments to the regulations of other ministries which include references to the TQAA and the ACA.

O. Reg. 570/05 under the Electricity Act, 1998 is amended to update legislative references to the OCTAA and remove references to the TQAA and ACA.
