Summary of Decision:
Ontario Regulation 834/81, being the Sudbury District Zoning Order, has been amended by Ontario Regulation 134/13. The amendment includes some minor housekeeping items and also grants relief from Section 8 (public road frontage) for 2 seasonal residential properties and subclause 17(b)(ii) of the Order, permitting one seasonal dwelling having a setback of 19.4 metres from the high-water mark of Windy Lake.
