Summary of Decision:
When effective, this Regulation would govern the requirements relating to long-term care home resident care, services, admissions, operations, funding, licensing, compliance and administrative matters in all long-term care homes in Ontario.

The Regulation will come into effect on the date that the LTCHA comes into force.

control program
