Regulation 454/09 has been amended to provide a 0.5 per cent indexation factor increase on January 1, 2016 and a 1.0 per cent indexation factor increase on January 1, 2017 for injured workers receiving Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) partial disability benefits.
