The following amending Planning Act regulation was filed on June 8, 2016 and came into force on July 1, 2016:
-Ontario Regulation 175/16 (Minor Variance Applications) - amending Ontario Regulation 200/96
This amending regulation requires the record that is sent to the Ontario Municipal Board following an appeal of a minor variance must include the minutes of a public hearing. Some housekeeping changes are also included as part of this amending regulation, such as changes to improve consistency in the language used in the regulation and with the Planning Act.
