Summary of Proposal:
The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services is proposing amendments to the Electrical Distribution Safety regulation (O. Reg. 22/04) under Part VIII of the Electricity Act, 1998.

If the regulatory amendments are approved by the government, it is anticipated that they will come into effect on July 1, 2017.
