Summary of Decision:
A decision was made to proceed with the proposal. Amendments to Ontario Regulation 664/98 (Fish Licensing) were implemented by O. Reg. 545/17 and will become effective on November 23, 2018.

Amendments to Ontario Regulation 665/98 (Hunting) were implemented by O. Reg. 544/17 and will become effective on January 1, 2019.

Consequential amendments were also made to Ontario Regulation 666/98 (Possession, Buying and Selling of Wildlife) by O. Reg. 546/17 and Ontario Regulation 667/98 (Trapping) by O. Reg. 547/17, which both become effective on January 1, 2019.

This regulation was filed by the Registrar of Regulations on December 18, 2017.
