Summary of Decision:
We are proposing to amend Ontario Regulation 167/95 to approve the regulated forest manuals under the CFSA which will reduce burden for the forest industry while continuing to provide environmental protection.
Analysis of Regulatory Impact:
No new administrative costs are anticipated as a result of this proposal.

Summary of Proposal:
We are proposing to revise the four regulated manuals under the Crown Forest Sustainability Act. The revisions would align with the draft Forest Sector Strategy and reduce burden for the forest industry while continuing to provide for the sustainability of Ontario's Crown forests.
