Summary of Decision:
On July 16, 2020, a proposal notice was posted for a 45-day comment period to seek input on a proposed repeal of three spent regulations made to dissolve LSBs:
1) O. Reg 109/16 Order for Dissolution - Local Services Board of Missanabie
2) O. Reg 6/12 Order for Dissolution - Local Services Board of Savant Lake; and
3) O. Reg 278/10 Order for Dissolution - Local Services Board of Eva Marion Lake.
ENDM did not receive any comments from the public during this 45-day comment period.
These three proposed regulations were filed on October 14, 2020.

Proposal to revoke the following three spent regulations that were made to dissolve Local Services Boards (LSBs):
1) O. Reg 109/16 Order for Dissolution - Local Services Board of Missanabie (dissolved April 21, 2016)
3) O. Reg 6/12 Order for Dissolution - Local Services Board of Savant Lake (dissolved January 19, 2012)
4) O. Reg 278/10 Order for Dissolution - Local Services Board of Eva Marion Lake (dissolved July 8, 2010).
These regulations served to dissolve the above mentioned Local Services Boards. As the dissolution of the LSBs have taken place, these regulations are no longer required.

These regulations served to dissolve the above mentioned Local Services Boards. As the dissolution of the LSBs have taken place, these regulations are no longer required.
