Summary of Decision:
Ontario Regulation 138/10 applies to lands in Part of Lot 1 and Lots 2 and 3 in Concession 11, formerly in the Town of Flamborough, now in the City of Hamilton. The lands are further described as Property Identifier Numbers 17525-0164 (LT), 17525-0158 (LT), and 17525-0157 (LT).
A Zoning Order regulates the use of land and the erection, location and use of any building or structure on the subject lands. Ontario Regulation 138/10 prohibits every use and every erection, location or use of any building or structure except for uses buildings and structures that lawfully existed on the date that this Order came into force, and the use of any land, building or structure that was permitted by the applicable zoning by-laws on the date this Order came into force.
