Summary of Decision:
Ontario Regulation 135/10 is a site specific amendment that revokes lands located at 140, 144, 150, 154, and 158 Bronte Road in the Town of Oakville, from Ontario Regulation 481/73 as a result of an Ontario Municipal Board decision. The lands are more specifically described as part of Lot 30, Concession IV.
Pursuant to subsection 47(13) of the Planning Act, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing shall give effect to an Ontario Municipal Board decision.
The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties of the decision regarding Ontario Regulation 135/10, which amends Ontario Regulation 481/73.
