Summary of Proposal:
MAG has amended Regulation 194 (Rules of Civil Procedure) to:
• introduce a new court rule, rule 4.05.2, to authorize the use of Civil Submissions Online to electronically submit documents for filing and/or issuance in a Superior Court of Justice civil action or application.
• revoke subrule 4.05.1(6), to remove the requirement to include a document in paper format where a document submitted through Civil Claims Online is required to be filed in materials for the purpose of a hearing or a conference.
