Summary of Decision:
A decision was made on February 28, 2011 to amend Ontario Regulation 97/04 of the Conservation Authorities Act (1990) (titled the Content of Conservation Authority Regulations under Subsection 28 (1) of the Act: Development, Interference with Wetlands and Alterations to Shorelines and Watercourses). The amendments were implemented through a new regulation Ontario Regulation 46/11 (titled Ontario Regulation made under the Conservation Authorities Act Amending Ontario Regulation 97/04) made on March 2, 2011, filed on March 4, 2011, published on e-Laws on March 8, 2011 and printed in the Ontario Gazette on March 19, 2011.
