Take notice that on December 7, 2009, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed three (3) Zoning Orders, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 464/09, Ontario Regulation 465/09, and Ontario Regulation 466/09. O. Reg. 464/09 came into force the day that it was filed, December 7, 2009. O. Reg. 465/09 and O. Reg. 466/09 come into force on July 1, 2010.

Summary of Proposal:
O. Reg. 464/09 applies to land in lots 7 and 8, concession 5, in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, more particularly identified on the map below. O. Reg. 464/09 regulates the use of land and use of buildings and structures on the lands subject to the Order, and includes an “Environmental Protection Zone”. The Order permits a range of uses primarily associated with the manufacture, assembly, fabrication and processing of mechanical equipment and machinery. The Order also permits accessory uses. Permitted uses in the “Environmental Protection Zone” consist of conservation and management of plants and wildlife; flood and erosion control; open space; and walking, hiking, bicycling and cross country skiing trails. A full list of the permitted uses can be found in O. Reg. 464/09.

O. Reg. 465/09 applies to land in lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, concessions 5, 6 and 7, in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, more particularly identified on the map below. O. Reg. 465/09 will regulate the use of land and the erection and location of use of buildings and structures on the lands subject to the Order, and includes an “Interchange Node Zone” and an “Environmental Protection Zone”. The Order will permit a range of employment uses, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centres, data centres and food processing facilities. The Order also permits accessory uses, offices and a range of employment supportive uses, including restaurants, banks and retail establishments. Permitted uses in the “Environmental Protection Zone” will consist of conservation and management of plants and wildlife; flood and erosion control; open space; and walking, hiking, bicycling and cross country skiing trails. A full list of the permitted uses can be found in O. Reg. 465/09.

O. Reg. 466/09 applies to land in lots 6 and 7, concessions 7 and 8, in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, more particularly identified on the map below. O. Reg. 466/09 will regulate the use of land and use of buildings and structures on the lands subject to the Order, and includes an “Environmental Protection Zone”. The Order will primarily permit agricultural uses, agriculture-related uses and accessory uses. Permitted uses in the “Environmental Protection Zone” will consist of conservation and management of plants and wildlife, and flood and erosion control. A full list of the permitted uses can be found in O. Reg. 466/09.

The Orders implement the decision of the Ontario Municipal Board approving Official Plan Amendment Number 15 to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury Official Plan.
