Ontario Regulation 834/81, being the Sudbury District Zoning Order, has been amended by Ontario Regulation 130/11. The amendment grants relief from Section 8 of the Order and permits the construction of a seasonal dwelling together with accessory buildings and structures on lands described as Lots 3, 4 and 5 on Registered Plan M-1042, having frontage on Lang Lake, in the unincorporated Township of Curtin in the District of Sudbury.
