Summary of Decision:
Effective January 1, 2013, the government made two changes to Ontario Regulation 718 (General) under the Liquor Licence Act:
1) Elimination of the 15-month exemption provided to Beau's All-Natural and Bottleworks (a liquor manufacturer and a liquor delivery service) to allow them to have a financial relationship for charitable purposes.
2) Allowing a financial relationship between any liquor manufacturer and licensed liquor delivery service, if it is for a charitable purpose. This includes Beau's and Bottleworks.
