Summary of Decision:
Effective January 1, 2013, the amendment made to Regulation 581 requires that all accessible parking spaces on Crown land, or designated by municipal by-law, or required by Ontario Regulation 191/11, be subject to the same signage requirements included in Section 11 of Regulation 581. This ensures that changes to Ontario Regulation 191/11 with regards to accessible parking are applied consistently across all municipalities.
